9:26am - I tuned in and both adults are perched together in the big branches directly above the nest.

Both adults were on the tree when I turned on the cam but one flew off before I could scap them. Caught the second as it was leaving!

3:57 - I also missed the arrival but the eagle is still perched in the same spot. I'm wondering if this is female just based on size.

Okay the word just received from Jo-Anne Chadwick at Fraser River Safari boat tours is that we are full for the morning tour. We have now booked for a second, afternoon tour at this point. Hopefully a few more will join us as David Hancock is the guest tour guide and this will be the last tour for 2010. Come see this record breaking amount of bald eagles (5,000!!) in the Chehalis estuary.

Reservations are now being taken for the second tour which will be at 1:30pm and run 90 minutes. Cost Adults $75 Seniors $65 and Children $55 (12% HST included). To book call Jo-Anne or Rob at 604-826-7361 or toll free 866-348-6877.
