It looks like a bird. feathers flying as eagle rips into it, Beak tip is red, can't get a clean shot of it

Now that I am looking at it more closely, is that brown bits on its head?? Could this be another one of those sub adults?? Or is it just a dirty head??

Adult flew in with a fish or a bird (can't tell) for lunch. I spotted the wings of the other as this one flew in.
Lots of calls in the distance.
