What a wonderful day it's been here at White Rock. Thanks for all the s'aps and notes.

No one is at home at the moment. I'll be here a while....

3:38PM eagle trilling and the left fork of the high tree-top branches moved. could there be an eagle up there out of our view?

3:46PM more triling no sight of the eagle.

3:49PM short call out. x2

3:52PM calls continue.

3:57PM no replies so far.

4:05PM "Ca---Thwunk" and an eagle departs toward the water. Was it maybe sittiing on the cam housing?

3:46p...Just heard trills (3) but no sign of eagles. For a moment it sounded like one was on the cam housing.

3:49 Three more calls.

3:50 Three again.

3:51 Lots of calling now.

3:53-58 Periodic calls. Also, sounds of seagulls and equipment.

4:08 Just heard a bird that didn't sound like an eagle.

4:24 Trill (3) in the distance.

Pretty scene at 4:08

Terry I see our times are different for the calls. I was using my computer clock for the time.
I also somehow missed seeing an eagle leaving

I have to go get dinner together now. I'll check back in a bit.

Great to see them working on the nest yesterday - and thanks for the video, beans! Those big sticks do pose a challenge, it seems!

Still dark at the nest, but enough ambient light that I'm quite sure there's no one perched in the visible parts of the nest tree.
