Hey Larry you got the same pictures I got and from the same side. I hope you did not get you feet too muddy at low tide.

The pair arrived sometime around 11:25 am PST as I was working out that way most of the day . they were just sitting there until 2:30 when I went into the building and when I came out at 2:45 pm they were gone from the new nest and no where to be seen.

This is the picture from my perch before I wondered down a little closer.

Interesting at 8:25 am I was near the water in a booth with an operator and noticed the "intruder" fly by about 50 yards away and watched it as it headed to the new nest area.

He stayed for about 30 mins before heading off towards the eastern part of the inlet.

Even the little Red Tail Hawk that we have seen around was out and about near the new nest as well. I did not have my camera at the time so I missed taking pictures of him as well.

Well we are back to the sunshine after that ugly day yesterday but it provided us here with a wonderful view of the mountians this morning. As I took this picture I looked over at the new nest this morning and there they were at the new nest.

They left shortly afterwards but I caught a picture of the one sitting on the perch pole in the yard before it flew off as well.

Around 11:20 am the 2 "love" birds were back on the perch pole basking in the warmth of the sun for some time

Interesting enough at noon I thought I had spotted 1 of them behind some trees heading to the old nest. So I popped off the lens can and zoomed into see that the "intruder" had flown right by the 2 on the pole and up and past the old nest and started catching a thermal. Until I lost sight of it in the sun.

I checked the perch pole after he had gotten out of sight and they were still there basking in the sun. Being that he flew pretty close to the old nest I would have thought 1 or both would have taken flight but they appeared not to pay any attention to him this time and flew off about 45 mins later
