Looks like new dry grass was brought to the nest.

Afternoon feeding 4:00-4:11pm. Everyone had several bites of food.

I checked the nest right before sundown. Dad was in the
nest and flew out. The babies were asleep in the nest bowl.
Dad was gone about 8 minutes and returned to the nest.
He was there at sundown.
