8:20 am pacific
Cascade(?) just arrived with some fluff
Lady O examined it a bit
Cascade approached the nest, and Lady O stood up
Both eggs appeared intact - I didn't see any holes or cracks, but only had a brief look
Lady O left and Cascade took over incubation

(Unless I have them reversed - the eagle on the nest looks as if he/she is filling up the nest, so I'm now not sure.)

please note that the time stamp is showing eastern time, not nest time

And now that I'm looking at the pictures, I think I do have them reversed in the initial part of this post.
I think Lady Odell is now on the nest.

Added: Marcia on the Maine forum thought it was indeed Cascade who arrived, so my initial observations were correct. Whistling

I'm a bit behind with these - they're from when the eggs were turned at 10:55 am nest time (the time stamp reflects the fact my computer is in the eastern time zone).

Today is day 38 for the first egg, so probably the most likely day for it to hatch. However, it may take a little longer than most nests because it probably has been cooler there than it has in most nests, and that can slow development a little. So we'll have to wait and see.

8:28 pm Parent switch and I think I might have seen a small pip in one of the eggs before parent covered them up but wasn't quick enough to get a picture.

Cascade just brought a good sized fish to the nest which Lady Odelle immediately snatched and ate. She looked very hungry. Didn't get a good look at the eggs with mom in the way but mom ate the whole fish before taking off.

Nice to see NO SNOW in the picture for a change.
Now, if we could just coax the little bobbleheads out from the eggs....
