Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation Society (OWL) was there with their own booth. Sonsie, their education bald eagle, was there and isn't he gorgeous. Glen Browning also took these pics.

In one of the other booths, sorry I didn't get their name, there was a display with an eagle feather, egg and skull.

Pacific Northwest Raptors, now known just as The Raptors, was there as usual giving flying demonstrations out in the field with various raptors. Here's a beautiful 5 year old bald eagle flying. Glen Browning took this picture.

The Pictures are great, helps me visualise what you all look like!

It is offence with a huge fine under the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act to go near a nest. Watch the cams and enjoy them without disturbing them!

All photos are copyright by the site owner of the cam. Do not use without permission of the people who run the cam!

If you live in this area where you are or were able to attend the Richmond Raptor Festival, then it is time to start thinking about attending the 22nd annual Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival if you haven't already.

More detailed information, including time and place of David Hancock's talks, etc are at www.fvbef.ca

There are no more seats on the Fraser River Safari boat tour with David Hancock during the festival but there is a long wait list for cancellations. However, if you want to come out on the boat with us on Saturday, Nov. 25, or Sunday, Dec. 3rd, there are still seats available. www.fraserriversafari.com
