7:47 a.m.
A slight breeze blowing this morning. I haven't seen any sign of eagles or other birds.

There's 2 of us viewing the cam currently. Not sure if the other viewer heard the eagle call at 9:49. No visuals but the call was not too distant.

ETA 10:20 Serious calling fairly close.
10:32 And again. It's great to know someone is perched nearby, hopefully one of the nest adults.

11:21 Crows have been on and off the nest this morning but just now all suddenly flew away. It makes me wonder if an eagle has landed higher up in the nest tree?

I see there hasn't been a lot of activity while I was away - not surprising as this pair didn't visit the nest until shortly before nesting last year.

I just saw something large fly across the upper right corner of the screen, as if it might have been perched in the tree. I only caught a glimpse, but my thought was "eagle."

Welcome back Judy! It's lonely being the single viewer here! Three of us now but no eagles to watch!

You're right stim, not many viewers right now! I check the nest two or three times a day, but don't post as there's nothing to post about Hopefully we see the parents soon

Debbie, You are quite right! I do check here quite often as well without ever seeing any sign of an eagle. I'm sure there are others who do the same. With no eagle action there is nothing to post about.

Glad to see that there are a number of people checking in from time to time - and I also often watch without posting. I like the view here, and enjoy watching the eagles when they're around and interacting - but it's not the easiest nest to watch!

I'm almost certain I heard an eagle calling from somewhere nearby. I'm also watching Delta 2, and have been alternating which one has sound - so unless Delta 2 didn't mute properly - the call I just heard was here! (Of course, the shy eagle hasn't made an appearance yet....)
