Or perhaps there's going to be more than one couple this year.

(I should check the CRC web site - I think there may actually be other couples, but Derek and Savannah are the only ones that have managed to produce fertile eggs.)

Cam was down every time I looked today - haven't had time to check to see if there's info on their site or facebook. Maybe tomorrow. I do hope all will be well soon - they are great to watch!

I actually called WCNC today to inquire about the cam. The lady who spoke with me said that the cam was not yet active for this season and that CRC was not yet maintaining the cam. Of course I mentioned to her that as an eagle enthusiast, I had been getting a cam view recently. So then I gave CRC a call but did not make contact with anybody due to a small emergency at my end. Had to get off the phone. I tried.

Thanks so much, CAL! I'm sure it's a bit of a challenge for them to have such eager viewers chomping at the bit!
