Thanks Brian....I guess it would be too good to be true. But it would be so neat if we did recognize a behaviour or some little thing. I still miss their wee bobbleheads!!!LOL

Hi Annie!!
Oh yes, I remember now when that juvie was sitting on the branch above the nest. Now I will always wonder. But I will just bet that I'll fall in love with the new eggs and babes just as much as C & D.
Oh how exciting that you heard something. You never know!!!

Well, just checking in to see if there has been any nest action yet but I see nothing yet. So, it's back to waiting mode.

Hi all
I've been on for the afternoon....off and on watching the nest. It seems like the crows are giving it a good going over to see if they missed anything...before they get kicked out!!!

Hmmmm seems awfully blurry here. There were about 3 or 4 crows close to the nest that can't be seen!!

Hello PatB, Annie, Bonnie, Arlene, Brian and SoCal,
Nice to see you all here again! Hope everyone has had a good summer.
Just writing to share...On October 1st, we were driving home from work at sunset and saw 2 adults, 3 km from the nest, flying quite low at 16th Ave and 140th St. heading northeast. They were flying close together and did the same zig zag pattern through the tree tops so I thought maybe a Mr and Mrs?
Anyway it was very thrilling to see eagles again. The last I saw, was a pair in the perch tree near the WR Pier, on Aug 29. They had been there, almost daily for the month of Aug.
Just some trivia that no one else I know would be interested in! Can't wait to see Ma and Pa WR....
11:55 pm All Quiet.

Folks, not sure where to start a new thread. 5:00 ET and one of our BELOVED ones flew into their favorite branch perch. I'm recording now and will strip out some stills. Have to look at clips to see if mom or dad. I am so so excited. Not sure if any spottings from others yet. Beautiful clarity against a a mixed background of dark to light clouds.
Let me know if this thread should be put somewhere else...not used to forum posting much yet.
YAY!!
