That's what I'm hoping, Ann. I'm going to give FF a shot tonight and see what happens. It's a new animal for me...I've always used IE, but FF is downloaded to this computer. *sigh* another learning curve.

What is the secret to see several posts when making a new one ? A couple of days ago at one point I could - now can't.

Ann I can still see them below my posting window. I can see one and then have to use the scrolling bar to read more of them.
I haven't noticed if there are areas of the forum where they don't work.
If you run across an area that you can't see them could you PM me with the link ?

jkr - just you a PM. Many thanks / BBE wave

HOME PAGE IRK. Not sure where this should be posted but I'll start here.

When I went to the Home Page I was more than a bit put off that the first thing that greets me is an animated chubby woman, in a bikini, who gets skinny. Now I realize this is a paying ad, and we need all we can get, but it is not the best place for it to be... in my opinion. Is there any way it could be moved farther down on the page? We need a beautiful eagle picture there!!!

Home Page really needs to be better.

that ad is truly an eyesore, I agree!! It turns up lots of places. I'm not sure if Richard has any way of restricting where it shows up.

I came for the eagles, and stayed for the friends I made

WOOOHOOO! :clap2: FireFox seems to have solved the problem of the ads interferring with the right side of my screen! I even zoomed in the text...and the ads stayed out of my way!

Thanks Judy and BBE! You 2 just saved what's left of my sanity! Titter

Has anyone figured out if there is an icon for each thread which will take you directly to the last posting that you've read? I can't seem to find that anywhere - there is a symbol beside threads that have newer postings, but I don't see anything that you can click on to go directly to the last unread post.
