Bev, I think the reason Firefox won't work for you is because Ad-Block Plus is enabled.

I've posted instructions for turning it off on the new "solutions" thread I'm making - link is forum/viewtopic.php?topic=627069#627069 - but I'm not sure how different it would be on a Mac.

I am glad that everything is working for you with Safari - and I found the cams also worked for me with Charlie's Mac - but it's also a desktop computer.

Excellent! Thanks, Sandra!

And good luck with Firefox, Bev, but probably not as urgent as you can also get the cams with Safari.

Ok, finally getting back here. Sorry it took me so long Judy.

I get all the cams on both FF and IE! Very Happy

I do have a question though about the time stamp at the top. I thought the time/date stamp was going to stay in sync and not lose time. The clock when I hover is correct but the time/date bar at the top is always off by 4-5 minutes and since the only info that shows is at the top of the s'cap, it's always going to be wrong. I have to remember to check to see the actual time for each s'cap. I really hope Peter will be able to solve this.

Annie, which cam/cams are off? The time stamp in the upper left is set in the cam, and we may need to adjust that occasionally.

I've mostly been working with the Vivotek PTZ cams, and they're staying within a second or two of the orange time that appears when you hover - unless the cam freezes, in which case the orange/hover time continues to be accurate, but the bar at the top stops until the cam starts streaming again, at which point it jumps to the right time.

Hi Judy,

It's the fixed WR CU and WA that are off. The minutes are always 4-5 minutes behind even when I refresh the page. The "hover" time is always correct.

Added: In checking the WA for a while now, the time is correct! It's the CU that's wrong.
