As you can see, this is a work in progress. We are moving to a different type of forum software, and I'm afraid there is a bit of a learning curve. It is a much more secure type of forum - but it's also a little less polished than the old software, so there are some features that aren't available (yet).

If you have thoughts/comments/suggestions/whatever - please let us know!

A little bit of background to this move is in order if you have not read the article about the changes Major Changes to Web Site Planned that has been noted on our top pages for the past couple of months.
We're going to move our discussion forums off phpBB onto this forum module in the main web site. We'll lose some functionality and all the forums will be re-started from blank, but the old forum will remain available for read-only access "forever"

The various forums will be moved to this new system over the next few weeks - and their counterparts locked on the old site.

So I see this is becoming a reality, bit by bit. Hope you don't mind my dropping in I saw the Forum(new) Item on the drop down menu and when I clicked on it... well here's where I found myself.

We are planning to issue a bit of a more formal invitation once we've done a bit of housekeeping - dusted the corners and polished the silver - stuff like that - and we are very happy to see you here, and would love to have you do some poking around and let us know what you discover that needs a bit of fine-tuning (and what you like - with fingers crossed that there are some things you'll like!).
