Lori, Thanks for posting the email reply to our questions. Sounds like he is very knowledgeable and verified the ID of the juveniles in question. That is three mysteries solved, lets see what comes up next.Grin

You're very welcome Linda! That was good that we ended up with a Golden out of that round. Scott seen the post too but posted on EA instead of here. I don't know if Doug has seen it yet

So until we get some new suspects I suppose we're caught up here. Mary is still coming I think with more juvenile in the nest photos and I'm always on the look out for added facts to add Titter

Hi Lori. Smile

Here are 5 long distance pics of a bird I saw on Dec. 30th. At first I thought it was a hawk, but when it flew off it looked more like a juvie eagle. The tail feathers in the first pic didn't look like an eagle's to me though. Let's see what you come up with. Smile

woooohoooo Scott!! thanks for bringing them here Clapping

I've had a look at them a few times now and I'm still stumperooed just yet. It's not a hawk there's no way I don't think. We'll see what others think and I'm going to still work on it. I'll send them off after the holiday and see what we get back also.
