Come and join the celebration at this year’s 6th Annual
"Wings over Water" Northwest Birding Festival
April 19th, 2008, in one of the Pacific Northwest's
premier bird viewing areas.
About the Festival
The festival will be headquartered this year in Blaine's Marine Park
overlooking Blaine Harbor and White Rock, BC.
Wildlife Biologist David Hancock will be speaking at 10AM and 2PM
at the Worldly Treasures Building on the corner of G St. and Peace Portal Dr.
There will also be art and craft vendors and kid's
activities between G & H Street on Peace Portal Drive.
Bird Viewing Stations
The North Cascades Audubon Society will be manning bird viewing stations:
*Birch State Park (2 stations)
*Semiahmoo Spit(1 station by Drayton Harbor Maritime Museum)
*Blaine Marine Park (2, one at Blaine Public Pier
and the second at the entrance to the park)
