|Description:||A Juvenile Bald Eagle which fell from a nest in Delta, BC at the end of July, 2009 will be freed to live his life. This nest was closely watched by viewers of the Hancock Wildlife Foundation's live eagle cams, as it was in very poor conditon. When the eaglet known to watchers as 'Bandit' fell from the nest he was taken in to care by O.W.L.
Saturday November 21, 2009 @ 3PM
This will be a wonderful location for Bandit to begin his life. Salmon are plentiful and there are hundreds of eagles in the area feasting. He will fit right in! This location is very near to where our Chehalis/Harrison "Eagle Point" trio of cameras is located.
Can you imagine how amazing it will be for Bandit to gain his freedom in such a wild, untouched wilderness?!
Everyone is Welcome!
