Two eaglets spied in Redding nest; Highway 44 spot a regular for watchers

Liberty feeds her baby eagles Sunday in their nest near the Highway 44 bridge of the Sacramento River in Redding.

Eagle watchers finally got a glimpse of the baby eagles nesting near the Highway 44 bridge over the Sacramento River in Redding.

Terri Lhuillier, an avid eagle watcher from Redding, said she and others first counted two baby eagle heads peeking over the side of the nest on Friday.
