A webcam showing the nest of Redding's famous pair of bald eagles is now online.

The Web address is http://turtlebay.org/caltranseaglecam.php

The best time to see the eagles tending their nest near Turtle Bay is around 6 a.m. and near dusk, California Department of Transportation spokeswoman Denise Yergenson said.

The site also offers facts on eagles and a history of the local pair. The Webcam is available during daylight hours only, Yergenson said.
